Everything LodgeOS handles for you
LodgeOS runs the whole property from the front desk PC: check-in and check-out, a live room board, reservations with a tape chart, guest records with ID scans, night-by-night folios and GST invoices, a restaurant POS with KOT printing, housekeeping, maintenance and staff. Everything is stored locally, so the hotel keeps running when the connection drops.

Licensing
How LodgeOS licensing works
One licence per organisation, tied to your Madandaaz account. Manage computers, renewals and invoices from My account.
14-day free trial
Start it inside the app with your name and email. Every module is unlocked. It needs the internet once, to start.
Works 30 days offline
Once activated, LodgeOS runs without the internet. Connect at least once every 30 days so the licence can check in.
Use on 1 to 3 computers
Each plan covers a set number of computers. Replacing a PC? Remove the old one from your account and activate the new one with the same key.
Renew your way
Pay once per period or switch on auto-renew. Renew early and the new period is added to the time you have left.
Questions
LodgeOS FAQ
Do I need the internet to use LodgeOS?
Only to activate it and for a short licence check at least once every 30 days. All your day-to-day work, including billing, printing and reports, runs offline.
What happens to my trial data when I buy?
Nothing changes. Buy a plan for the same organisation you started the trial with and LodgeOS unlocks with the same licence key and every record you entered. If the app is open, click Check again on the licence screen.
What happens if my licence expires?
LodgeOS locks until you renew, but your data stays untouched on your computer. Renew from your account and the app unlocks on its next check-in. There is a 3-day grace period after the end date, so a renewal a day or two late won't interrupt your work.
Can I switch plans or add computers later?
Yes. Buy the plan you want for the same organisation. Your key stays the same, the computer limit changes straight away, and if your current period is still running the new period is added after it.
Can I move LodgeOS to a new computer?
Yes. In My account, open the licence and remove the old computer. Then install LodgeOS on the new one and activate it with the same key.
Will I get a GST invoice?
Yes. A GST tax invoice is generated the moment your payment is confirmed. Add your GSTIN at checkout to claim input tax credit. Invoices are always available under Billing & invoices in your account.
