1. Digital delivery only
Madandaaz sells software licences. Nothing is shipped physically: there are no CDs, boxes or courier deliveries, and no shipping charges.
2. When and how you receive your licence
- Your licence is issued instantly once Razorpay confirms your payment, usually within a minute.
- The licence key is shown on the payment confirmation page and emailed to your organisation's billing email, together with a link to your GST tax invoice.
- The key, its validity, your activated computers and all invoices are always available in My account.
- If you bought for the organisation that started a free trial, the app on that computer unlocks on its next check-in with no key to type.
3. Downloading the software
Installers are downloaded from the downloads page or each product page. They are free to download, and you can download them again at any time. An internet connection is needed once to activate the licence.
4. Where we deliver
Licences are sold to customers in India and priced in Indian rupees. Because delivery is digital, you can buy and activate from anywhere with an internet connection.
5. If your licence has not arrived
Occasionally a bank confirms a payment late. If you have not received your licence within 2 hours of paying, check your spam folder and My account first, then contact us at support@madandaaz.com with your Razorpay payment reference. We resolve delivery issues within one working day, and if we cannot deliver the licence you get a full refund under our refund policy.
