Billing questions
How does renewal work?
Before your plan ends we email you a reminder with a renewal link. Renew early and you lose nothing: the new period starts when the current one ends. If you renew a day or two late, a short grace period keeps the software running in the meantime.
What is auto-renew?
On monthly and yearly plans you can choose auto-renew at checkout. Razorpay sets up a UPI AutoPay or card mandate and charges the same amount at the start of each period, so the licence never lapses. You can turn it off any time from your account; the licence keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Every app has a free trial so you can be sure before you pay, so payments are generally non-refundable. We do refund duplicate payments and payments where we could not deliver a working licence. See our refund and cancellation policy for the details.
Can I change plan or add computers later?
Yes. Buy the plan you want for the same organisation. Your licence key stays the same and the new computer limit applies immediately. If your current period is still running, the new period is added after it.
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm and any UPI app), RuPay, Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards, net banking from all major banks, and popular wallets, all through Razorpay's secure checkout. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
Do you offer custom or multi-branch pricing?
